Dr. Jason Cataldo DDS, MSD

Dr. Jason Cataldo is a Board Certified specialist in Periodontology, and an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Periodontology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Dr. Cataldo has been in practice for close to 20 years, and his professional associations include the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, and many others. He also served as an Army dentist for 9 years.

Dr. Cataldo specializes in Periodontics (gum disease), provides dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth, and performs cosmetic dentistry procedures to aesthetically enhance your smile in a comfortable and relaxed environment. He also provides oral sedation to aid relaxation during procedures.

Dr. Dillon Atwood

Dr. Dillon Atwood is one of two Board Certified Dentist Anesthesiologists in North Carolina and is a Diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He studied at Davidson College and attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry before completing his postgraduate training in Anesthesiology at Lutheran Medical Center in New York City. During that time he practiced pediatric anesthesia in Arizona and special care anesthesia at Helen Hayes Hospital in New York. He works with Mallard Creek Family Dentistry to provide in-office general anesthesia and sedation services to our patients. These new services help us to provide any level of anesthetic care that our patients need while putting patient safety and comfort first.
